Teacher Sign Ups

FULL DAY TEACHERS - sign up for 4 periods out of C1, C2, Chapel, E3, and E4 (Includes the periods you teach). You will have one OFF period and may choose one committee member/parent lounge spot.

HALF DAY TEACHERS - sign up for 2 periods out of Chapel, E3, and E4.  You will have one OFF period and may choose one committee member/parent lounge spot.

  • This Sign up is for those teaching a class or signing up to fill an available teaching position.  
  • Your names should already be under your class, so you would only need to sign up for your extra helping position(s)
  • Sign Ups begin at 1 pm
  • Sign Up sheet can be found on the website by clicking on "Registration", "Teacher/Helper Sign Ups", scroll to the bottom and choose "Click Here to Sign Up"
  • Please review all the details found on the "Teacher/Helper Sign Ups" page so you are fully aware of what each position requires of you
  • Once you sign up, you will be sent an invoice for the $50 Registration fee that will need to be paid by Child Registration.  

 

Other Important Details

  • Please do not sign up for more than 1 slot under each period.
  • NURSERY, TODDLER, PREK/KINDER HELPERS AND OFFICE in the morning and afternoon, you MUST sign up for both 1st and 2nd periods or 3rd and 4th periods.
  • If you are teaching a class with a lot of cleanup, try not to sign up to be a helper the next period.  It will be hard to clean up your room and make it to your next class on time.
  • You can ONLY sign up for one permanent sub position or one office position. 
    • Permanent sub and office positions are NOT guaranteed. If we don't have enough families to fill in the class helpers, then we may need to move someone from being a permanent sub or office helper to the needed position for the semester.
  • There is a chance that once you log on, the class you wanted to help in is already taken, so be thinking about your second choice.
  • If a class doesn't reach the minimum of four kids when registration closes, we will have to dissolve that class, and you will need to find a new class to help/teach in.
  • PLEASE DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE THE ONE WHO ADDED IT!! PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANYTHING EXCEPT YOUR NAME!!
